Men's skincare is one of the most competitive DTC categories. Every brand looks the same, sounds the same, and runs the same creative. Frase Skin needed to stand out, build trust fast, and convert cold traffic — without leaning on the polished, influencer-heavy playbook everyone else was using.
Results
Built a full creative system across 4 ad formats — running simultaneously, continuously iterated, and rotated to prevent fatigue. The result: ad spend scaled 334% while acquisition volume and creative longevity both improved.
